Ossis explores a theoretical scenario, applying emerging synthetic biology technologies into the field of industrial design.
Ossis consist a series of objects made of artificial-grown bone tissue, designed to develop a new point of view of the biodiversity in our environment. The DNA molecules naturally existing in the bone are used to analyse and identify other organisms existing in the environment. The data is processed and displayed using digital interface. Ossis includes 4 objects: |
